"Very attentive staff. Very quick with taking orders for food and drinks. Food was very tasty, just like home cooked. We all had Sunday roast. Not a carvery. And very hot. If you want warmer place to sit possibly in the main bar near the log burner."

"I visit at lunchtime regularly. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and polite. The food is always tasty and good value. I tried a lemon cheesecake type dessert with a ginger biscuit base (Jamaican was mentioned) but can't remember the actual name of it, it was lovely . I hope they keep it on the menu as I will definitely be having it again."
