"I accidentally ordered from a store that does not serve Halal and straight away within seconds realised that. I called the store as well as head office to request a cancellation but neither could do. I was told to cancel on the app but its a pity that after having me wait 10 minutes I was told that I can’t cancel in the app either. I was really furious at this below par service. The only reason of not consuming the food was due to religious reasons but its a shame that you can’t cancel your order at all once placed at ‘the fresh’ subway! Dietary restrictions: No halal"

"I have been visiting this restaurant every Tuesday for the past 8 years after getting off work at the subway. The owner, Raj, is a great guy and has become a good friend over the years. I have never had any complaints about the food, and the restaurant is always very clean."

"Used to love a good subway. Hadn't had one in a while so we thought we'd give it a try. Come into an empty shop with tables littered with food crumbs and food on the floor. With only one member of staff on counter the queue quickly grew behind us. Another member of staff only appeared briefly and didn't appear to know what they were doing. To top the experience off, the card machine wasn't working very well and it took several attempts to get the transaction to go through. I suggest looking into retraining the staff in this establishment as well as sorting out the faults on the card machine as it's sounds like its a reoccurring event."

"I arrived just five minutes before closing time and asked if we could still place an order. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist us, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. They truly seemed to enjoy helping us and preparing our food. Thanks to the excellent customer service, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return!"

"The experience has definitely declined. During our visit, we were ignored while one of the staff members was on her phone. There was no greeting or sense of courtesy, and I actually witnessed her pushing drink bottles away with her shoes. It was truly disappointing.
