"My wife and I are still annoyed one day later about the sub standard lunch we were served in this establishment yesterday. We have been to many pubs for Sunday lunch and can state categorically that what was served up was one of the worst lunches we have ever had. The only positive thing I can say is, the lamb was nice, the roast veg, carrots and parsnips (we think that’s what they were) were burnt, the roast potatoes were disgusting, it seemed to us that they were cooked on Saturday and reheated. Yes we did complain and all we got was a sorry you did not like it, do you want dessert? and they reduced the bill by 10%, big deal, we still payed 90% for pigs swill. Needless to say we will not be attending there again for a meal or a drink for that matter,"
