"Placed a large order at 18:30 on the 19th September. Received a call around 30 minutes later informing me that they could not complete the order as they had ran out of tomato sauce I was told the order was cancelled but the order went to saying delivered 20 mins later and I have had no confirmation of any cancellation or refund. I tried contacting the store back on the day without any luck. Absolutely shocking way to treat a customer, especially when it was a large order for a party and I’m now considerably out of pocket"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant. Despite being told that my order would take over an hour due to how busy they were, it actually arrived in just 35 minutes. I want to give a special thanks to Freddie for making it happen so quickly. The pizza was hot and the ice was still frozen. I am very satisfied with the excellent service."

"great food and great service in the pizza express kennington road yesterday evening. the managerin and her team went out of that to very welcome me and my party of 16 and to facilitate all evening. we received a half private area for our great size and received exceptional service and very warm tunes from the team. eating was actually quite good to choose with a varied menu and much too affordable trips. thanks to the pizza express team in kennington road again, we appreciate it and see you again soon. the best!"

"I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude when I called about a problem with our Deliveroo order. The person I spoke to refused to help and even ended the call abruptly, claiming it wasn't their responsibility. I will not be ordering from this establishment again."
