"Great take away for Indian food. We tried the Saag Paneer Muttar and the garam masala. We also ordered the special rice and chicken fried rice. It was great! Definitely my go to Indian take out in Aberdeen! To our surprise, we ordered pizza and it was amazing!!! We could not believe how tasty it was! Of course it's not authentic pizza but it's an Indian pizza. The bread tasted like naan and it's amazing! There were so many dishes to choose from and it took us quite awhile to decide which one we wanted to order. We waited quite long for the order but definitely worth the wait."

"I ordered a tandoori full chicken for including the delivery and service charges , the menu said that full chicken comes with rice and salad and it takes minutes . the minutes passed and more than an hour after that the driver came but he neither buzzed the intercom nor phoned me but he was pushing the main door like there was no buzzer !!! I opened and took the food only to find the rice was not there , the salad was only onion and lettuce plus one small piece of tomato ! and the chicken itself was not cooked properly ! so I paid all those money only to have a disgusting chicken and missing rice .Extremely not professional with a negative attitude and dont deserve even this one star . just avoid them at all cost"

"2nd visit here and was a spur of the moment meal. Staff really on the ball to get menu and drinks sorted. Nice poppadoms and pickles tray to start, then a Dhansak which was sweer rather than hot and sour, still really good. Washed down with a pint of bicycle club IPA, first for me and very drinkable. All that for a touch under £22. Bargain. Will be back next time I'm working in the area. Service: Dine in"

"Not been since is been done up. Place is nice inside. Fish tank is pretty awesome. Decor is very mismatched. Food is OK. Wouldn't go out my way to eat here. Price is reasonable considering 5 of us were eating. Feel quiet cramped if your not in a booth. Everything is very rushed. One thing about this place is the toilets. They are not up to any standard at all. Tap is handle us broke. Not clean. Water all over the floor. Very disappointed, as this place was recommended to me."

"I order 2 pack of meal deals 1hun tikka masala, pilau reis and an extra simple naan I said it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes this was good, we waited for 2 hours and when it arrived the food. was cold and we had no soaking with our packings and there was a missing naan broth for the kids also no cries After we had read so many great reviews, we were looking forward to trying it, but tbh was it a let down that was bland and tasteless possibly the worst Indian food I have ever experienced and the service was just as bad. I just wish I had little indie with my ordinary Indian takeaway, which never fails. it cost me £35 for 2 packs 1 huhn tikka masala 2 bags of chips 1 pilau reis and popadoms. when I went to the menu and added the price of the food without the packs it on £16.40 meant that I paid almost £10 for the packs alone. I'm sorry, but that ruined mine at night, and I'm never gonna give it back to me."

"Food was amazing.Couldnt find any fault with the food.But the wait was ridiculous.for over an hour.One of our dishes was given first and had to wait for the rest of the stuffs again. Even though the staff apologized for it as there were short of staff .But what we noticed was that one of the families who came after was given the food earlier than us.They were given even glasses to drink water while we had to ask for a bottled water finally. I would say the customer service wasn't that great .but may get food from here as takeout."

"I booked a table for 17.45 on Mother’s Day to take my wife for a meal. When we arrived the guy at the end of the counter couldn’t find our booking so he said something about ‘Did you get a text from us?’ which I’ve never had when booking through Opentable. He then said they were full and basically made me feel like I was in the wrong . He was rude, aggressive and arrogant. We have been to Kiplings twice before always booking through Opentable and never had an issue. We won’t be going again. Shambles."

"Been reading recent reviews of this place and i'm surprised to see so many are very negative. I ordered tonight because I want to check out all the Indian takeaways in my area. I was not disappointed. Food was hot, service great and delivered in good time. Flavour wise I really enjoyed it. Had Lamb Ceylon, Mushroom Rice, Onion Bhajis, Poppadoms and Naan and scoffed the lot. "Oh, my, definitely one, if not the best curries in Oxford! I had taken away several times from Cafe Spice and never disappointed. Great portions of absolutely delicious curry and great naan at very reasonable prices means that this place cannot be missed. Today we have tried out a few curries that we had not tried for a bit of variation before, and all wild cards have proved to be simply beautiful and tasty. "Customer service was superb, I had ordered of uber eats and had left out some information about my order by accident. I was then called and told that they were out of my selected drink and asked if there was any replacements I would like which is very appreciated instead of just handing me a random one. Due to me leaving out some information they asked what I would like in my burger, phone operator was extremely polite. The food itself was ok, the kebab meat was very tasty and the salad tasted fresh, the chicken burger was near perfect. The only negative comment I have to make is the chips, I feel like they could have maybe been cooked a little longer and then it would have been 5 stars, but the chips were still edible so I cant really complain. Prices are average for the local area and the portions are value for money, delivery driver was very polite and the packaging was neat and presentable, very quick delivery time seeing as it's the restaurant that delivers and not an uber driver Over all a 4.5/5 would recommend"
