"Placed an order at tonight July). Phoned shop around as Just Eat updated to say the food was delivered. We were told its happening a lot tonight and that it’s on its way and that they are really busy which is fine and I can accept that However, it’s now past midnight, the shop won’t answer the phone and there is no food and money taken out my account. Unbelievably, the shop is closed and despite me ringing they’ve taken the phone off the hook! How bad is that for service?? Charge me but then completely stiff me when I’m trying to find out what’s happening I know they need to close but while they have orders out and not delivered surely that’s a bit unprofessional? So disappointed as food is great but this is a joke!"

Wish they offered gluten free spaghetti as well as pasta shapes for some dishes as it makes all the difference for dishes such as carbonara. "Went a few weeks ago but forgot to write a review! Had a fab time for my besties birthday! Loved our food. Only down side was my friend had to ask for extra chillies as the food wasn't spicy enough for her (she likes her food extra spicy! The star of the show was definitely the Gadbad Sundae for dessert absolutely amazing! The chilli syrup with the ice creams was a stroke of genius! The food was delicious and they even gave my bestie a complimentary dessert for her birthday! The atmosphere was fun and the decor was beautiful and unique, such a great place to eat. We would definitely recommend Bombay Bustle to everyone we know. Service was good but our server did forget to bring the chillies we asked for and forgot to bring the bill after we asked so we did have to ask twice for these things but the restaurant was busy so it was understandable and didnt really have any impact on how much we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back!!"

"Great little Indian restaurant, if a little out of the way! The meals are good, very authentic. The set dinners are very good value as well under for more than enough for people. Chicken dishes are the most impressive – big, tender chunks of chicken breast … delicious! The sauces are mouth watering, and very more-ish not ‘heavy’ like you’ll find in some other Indian restaurants. The only downside to this little place is delivery time we often wait more than an hour for our meal to be delivered, although this could be a glowing testament to how popular Mirage is!"

"This place is under new management since I was last there. I'll definitely be going more often. Had the chicken vindaloo tonight. It was really good. "I went to the restaurant and ordered a meal deal along with some additional items. Unfortunately, they were out of stock of the items I wanted. This should have been a red flag for me as the problems continued throughout the meal. The starter was overcooked and dry, the chips were overcooked, and the naan bread was burnt. Both the Peshawari and garlic naan were tasteless and had a powdery, salty texture. My dining companions and I were very disappointed and found the whole experience disgusting. I would not recommend Flame Tandoori to anyone. It was a long time since I had such a bad dining experience."

"Following the principle 'good ought to be sought ', we scanned through reviews here on TripAdvisor to look a good Nihari place and found 'Karachi Pakwan '. I called ahead to reserve a table and to get a 'feel ' for the service/people, it went well. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Nofel as soon as we entered the restaurant and seated. We were pleasantly surprised by the inviting ambience, warm plates, clean cutlery and spotless glasses. (You 'd be surprised how rare the last 3 are at Pakistani restaurants) Our host recommended masala fish whilst we 'd wait for our main which we thought tasted excellent. Our main, Nihari with Kulchas was served at our requested time. The kulchas were fresh and perhaps the nicest we had at any Pakistani restaurant. Nihari was good enough, albeit I did think it could have done with a bit of (fat) trimming. Regardless, the taste didn 't disappoint. We had no room to try their recommended falooda (or even a sweet paan) but we shall in our next visit. The restaurant is about 90 minutes drive from us BUT worth it. Our previous Nihari restaurant (in West Hendon) is half that distance but declining service had costed them our custom of 10 years. We shall be returning to Karachi Pakwan for more."

"kismet tandoori, which I should explain to the inappropriate, is an adventurer, no restaurant, is my go-to Indian takeaway in cambridge for many, many years (at least and in all the time I can only remember that disappointed meals. One...was where I had asked for extra seasoning in a biryani, and it had not been added (a disorder in the communication between the receiving cook), and once when a dhansak was under par (usual cook on holiday all the other paints my extra spicy biriyanis and my dhansaks (my two favorites) were absolutely delicious. I have lived in a couple of different parts of cambridge, but apart from a short time after the disappointing dhansak when I visited another facility that subsequently closed, I always go out of mine to give kismet my use. I can't comment on re-delivery as I always collect personally. I like that they better recycle their food in foil containers the portion size is generous and eating is always a good temperature."

"In short, the restaurant had fantastic food but lacked in service quality. I was tempted to give it a 5-star rating due to the delicious dishes, but the service was disappointing. We waited a long time for the waiter to take our order, and it took another half an hour for him to return after clearing our table. By then, it was too late to order dessert. I don't mind waiting for well-prepared food, but I do mind rude service, such as when the waiter impatiently explained a dish to me, almost rolling his eyes at my questions."

"We started using Bonoful when our closet Indian takeaway went downhill and we would not go anywhere else. The delivery is a real bonus for us as many don't deliver out to our village. The service and food are both fabulous and the discount offered for collection is also great when we have time to collect. The food is always delicious and hot and the welcome is warm whthe that's when we collect or when delivered and the owner always knows and remembers who we are . Have recommend Dec and would continue to do so."
