"we had to send back three out of four main courses as they were cold, and the side of the veg something clear was wrong with the service kitchen comms no apologies sarkasmus from the manager my bark came back. with the jus and veg crumbled and firm on the plate very bad and unprofessional, but she did not seem to care, there was a really atmosphere in the restaurant between the employees cheating for our friends that we were entertaining and massif overpriced for a stay of more than 300 £ not a big evening that would be shimmering by putting the employees, especially the attitude of the managers it is hard to think back"

"I highly recommend this friendly and casual bistro located near Waterloo Place. I enjoyed a delicious meal, starting with the North Berwick lobster and ending with the amazing Girotine Fondant. My wife opted for the lamb, which she also enjoyed, followed by their homemade ice cream sundae. After dinner, we relaxed in the hotel lounge with a drink in comfortable chairs. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to others."

"This was one of the best Sunday lunches I have had out in a long time. The meat was succulent and tasty infused with Rosemary and Garlic, without overpowering the meat. The potatoes and vegetables were flavoursome and cooked just right. The apple and pear crumble was very tasty and unlike many it was light Not heavy, but remained fillingThe staff were attentive without being intrusive Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves"

"Booked a table for 4 on Saturday 24th August at 6:30pm. The welcome was fabulous and we were quickly shown to a lovely table. The restaurant area was well spaced making it feel open and uncrowded, even though they were very well attended. The staff were exceptional very efficient and always made sure that we were looked after and had everything that we needed. Despite our constant chatter and forgetting to read the menus, the staff were extremely patient and we did not feel rushed or pressured into making orders. Once we had ordered, the food cam in really good time. I had crab to start and my companions had scallops. All of it was perfect beautifully prepared and tasted wonderful. Our main courses arrived within good time also sea bass and chicken supreme. All of the food was absolutely wonderful and the service was brilliant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fabulous food, service and I thought it was really good value. Many thanks to all."

"Excellent food and service not a huge menu but enough choice to cater for all needs. It was a 21st birthday celebration meal for us and the staff really made this an occasion to remember for us great seating in the 'library ' room, lots of reference and attention for the birthday guest and the dessert came with a candle and happy birthday written in chocolate around the edges of the dessert bowl a lovely touch. It was our first visit and we will definately be visiting again highly recommend"
