"Staff very welcoming. Lovey setting, small and intimate. The food was beautiful and delicious. One member of staff gave us a lovely introduction and told us the history of the Palm Court Restaurant. We were not interrupted or rushed left to enjoy our afternoon tea and chat. Extra sandwiches were provided and we were given new fresh tea when we asked without any question. Can’t wIt to return"
