It took 30 minutes for a server to come take our order, and when she did, she rushed us to order quickly due to a backlog of Deliveroo orders in the kitchen. Our food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, our order was incorrect. We had to remind the staff about missing wings halfway through our meal, but they still hadn't arrived 20 minutes later. When we asked to cancel the wings order, it seemed like an inconvenience to the staff and no apology was given. It's clear that this business needs to improve its service and staff in order to survive."
