"Very disappointing and underwhelming experience. We went there for a special occasion with family but were disappointed. The sandwiches were soggy, and all the same. No one explained what we were eating. We felt cheated for the price we paid for a high-tea. To make it worse, when we asked them for a baby changing toilet, they sent us to the wheelchair enabled toilet which didn’t have a changing table. Apparently the tables were in the other toilets, which had such dim lighting that you couldn’t see the black table attached to a black wall! We went with our family for a special occasion and came back disappointed and frustrated, feeling scammed by the high price we paid, £65 per person doesn’t justify this at all. Will recommend others to not go for this option at this place. Tea with scones is all that was good. But that isn’t worth the price they charged us."
