"Visited this morning and was shocked by the lack of Covid safe procedures. Since the recent rule change on mandatory facemasks being worn until you are seated was introduced, we all understand it's a pain but are trying to do our bit to keep each other safe. People were strolling in and around without masks including the server. Yes, there's hand sanitiser available on entry but hardly anyone using it and no track trace being carried out. The place was packed with little or no social distancing especially the queue to be served. Really, it's a potential virus hotbed. No management around to speak with and I certainly won't be returning. Please do something to make this coffee shop safe for your customers."
