"I have been visiting Gazette in Putney to meet friends for several years as it was always good value and they offered a varied special lunch menu. However yesterday the food, presentation and ambiance had changed. The menus were stained and that day’s menu was badly hand written and one of the main courses was not available even though it was just 1 o’clock. When the bill for two disappointing courses arrived we found it was no longer good value.There are many restaurants in Putney and I fear Gazette will not survive unless they up their game ,"

"We love Gazette and it was our first time at the Wandsworth venue. Food and service were perfect as usual. It’s just a pity that it was too hot. The glass roof is not ideal during a heat wave. Appart from that, we had a lovely time."

"The restaurant and it’s fantastic chef came highly recommended. And boy, they did not disappoint. Creative French food, cooked and served to perfection in a cosy atmosphere. Attentive service without being fussy. I’m reliably informed the Creme Brûlée was to die for, although this fact was imparted as the last mouthful was consumed!. No hesitation in recommending this restaurant. Bon appetite."
