"Nice afternoon tea. Very well presented. Had a wonderful afternoon. The staff was so friendly. It was all right. With more coffee tea. The Duty manager was fantastic to talk to all customers. Allond feeling easier. Will definitely be back. The first time in Hotel is recommended again. I was so impressed that I wanted to book an overnight stay."

"We visited the Apex Hotel in Glasgow and were enticed by the menu on offer. The service from the staff was outstanding; they were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We did encounter a small issue when one of our dishes was prepared incorrectly, but the staff handled the situation well and offered us a discount as compensation. Overall, it was a great experience."
