"Not the best experience. No parking to start with. Inconsiderate drivers. Service was overly keen. Kept interrupting our conversation various times asking is everything okay constantly throughout the experience. Manager offered as we walked in some water and poppadoms in a complimentary way. Later to find out he charged us a ridiculous price. Food was very overpriced for the quality. The variety was very limit and the staff didn’t now about the menu when asked questions. The manager was sneaky and added service charge also without asking us or telling. Place is small. Go owl and pussycat if you want good Indian food at a fraction of the price. I wouldn’t recommend unless you into a show room restaurant rather the quality and service. Thumbs down for me over hyped."

"I went to this restaurant with some friends for a meal. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. The chicken breast, wings, and mini fillets were all meaty and of high quality. The peri peri sauce made the dishes even more flavorful than Nandos. The rice was fluffy and the fries were hot and crispy. The southern fried chicken wings were also tasty, better than KFC's and with a more generous portion of meat. The owner sources fresh meat from Birmingham regularly and only buys high-quality chicken. The homemade chicken fillet burgers were delicious, with a half-pound chicken breast used for each one. They also offer a massive nacho burger made with butterfly chicken breast. I highly recommend the food at this restaurant and would definitely return."

"Had dinner delivered from here this evening and the food was fantastic. We went in during the day to check coeliac/gluten free options and Jack went through the menu with us. There was a slight mix up with the order but they went out of their way to put things right and we were so appreciative. Will definitely be booking to dine at the restaurant soon and try more delicious food."

"experiences have been very hit or miss. The sushi rolls are decently priced and fairly tasty, but I was disappointed with the quality of the imitation crab meat. It tasted more like a poor imitation of fake crab rather than the real thing. The delivery was on time and the packaging was secure, but I can't say I'll be ordering from Urawa again. Overall, a disappointing experience."

"Wonderful find whilst on our South Coast roadtrip. Cedic was waiting and Sheena was outside serving some wonderful food. No drinks licence but BYO. The mango kerabu salad was sharp , salty and sour just missing the crunch of the crushed peanuts.the chicken in pandan was moist tasty thigh chicken. Beef rending slow cooked beef chunks. Could imagine beef cheek working well in rendang. Very tasty is the aubergine brinjal soft and smokey. Roti telur as well to share, over excited wanting to try everything. No room for dessert but took a toasted coconut ice cream back. Highly recommended for authentic homecooked food"

"I ordered takeout for lunch, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also receiving full marks for its efficiency and friendliness. "Not a great experience for a first time visit. Service was incredibly lame the staff just didn’t seem on the ball at all. 20 mins just to take a drinks order isn’t ideal (only a few covers were present in the restaurant at this point). The meat board was good by way of the meats being cooked very well, but the amount of salt used was just excessive even Salt BAE would have difficulty sprinkling that amount of salt on meat. Our mouths were burning and many, many bottles of mineral water were consumed as a result of how salty the meat was. Further drink orders were place only to be waiting for 15 mins for them to arrive (only after I prompted one of the waiters to bring our drinks to the table). I was then presented with a £18 service charge which I felt was not deserved owing to the front of house staff not providing a dining experience that, at a bare minimum, was hoped for. I opted to pay £5 instead only to be told by the waiter “I’ll remove the whole charge”. He was obviously aware of the poor service we had received. I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning nor will I recommend this restaurant."
