"I fancied having lunch here alfresco, so I wandered over on a fine summers day. I entered the deli and asked if I could order lunch and sit outside at one of the tables to eat. The tables outside are used by their sister restaurant located next door Olivocarne. The deli staff told me I needed to go ask the restaurant next door to see if it was ok, I thought that was odd as they are part of the same small chain and some arrangement would already be in place, so I went next door into Olivocarne and asked the staff if I could sit at a table outside, I was told I could not but was welcome to join them for lunch and sit outside, a kind offer but different budget..!! I returned to the deli and repeated what I had just been told and asked if they could sort it out as there seems to be a misunderstanding, so off goes the deli girl to ask, she comes back and tells me as if its common knowledge that the outside tables are free to use after 2.30pm as it had just gone 2pm it was not possible, she offered to make me food to go... thank you but no. I left there to experience another level of idiocy in Belgravia. I have titled it Levels of idiocy pt2"
