"We had a voucher from Groupon and when we presented it to someone, who later identified themselves as the manager, they became very angry. Flinging their arms about, saying that the company who organise the Groupon keep doing this, they don't honour vouchers on valentine's day, before storming off. We were very upset as this was not the case when booking, do decided to leave. Before leaving I suggested maybe the manager needed to retrain in customer service, he then subjected me to a barrage of abuse which confirmed why we will never be dining at this establishment"
