"Drinks were nice but small. Food menu looked really tasty but we didn't eat this time. Lots of people having work meetings so could do with a bit of noise cancelling. However I would definitely return as the drinks were good and the services was very friendly and good. I also had a business meeting here and it was a great venue."

"This restaurant is a good option for those with celiac disease, with a "big plate" on the menu that is safe for them to eat. They also offer a gluten-free lager and possibly a gluten-free pale ale on the drink menu. My only complaint would be the limited dessert options available, especially for those with a gluten allergy."

"A little bit noisy for a Saturday brunch but bearable. I am a regular customer at Caravan during the week and was disappointed to be limited to a brunch menu rather than the comprehensive and delicious regular menu. The staff are always nice but could have better eye contact with customers at tables as they walk around. The food is always delicious and interesting."

"We were late for our reservation. However, the staff made an effort to accommodate our group. The food was delicious but a bit cold. The restaurant was very cold and you could feel the blustery wind from outside coming in. That was the main issue this time. Service was friendly and it's always nice to come back."

"We had a great team breakfast at Caravan this morning. Service was very good attentive to members of our group as we turned up individually over the course of half an hour or so due to train delays. Coffee was excellent as always and the food was prepared and delivered very quickly considering our group size and how busy the restaurant was this morning. We all agreed the quality of the food was excellent. I had the hot smoked salmon scrambled eggs and I would happily say this was the best breakfast I have had in the City over the past few years. We will definitely be back!"

"We used this venue a couole of weeks ago for a birthday dinner in the private dining room. The food was fantastic until we realised that the allergens had not been disclosed correctly and my aunt who is gluten intolerant was given the wrong meal. The wait staff were totally apologetic and luckily my aunt had not eaten too much of the meal however what was more concerning was when I was speaking to the manager I was rudely interpreted by a gentleman asking me “what my problem was”. The manager looked extremely nervous and explained this man was actually the owner of the venue. I explained the situation to him to which he replied with a raised voice “it’s sorted now isn’t it, why are you out here moaning and making me look stupid”. I was that taken aback that I just left and went back to the dining room and carried on as to not ruin my grandmother’s birthday however I felt it important to let people know as I will not be returning and will be encouraging friends and family not to dine there due to the possibility of ever having to encounter such bad behaviour whilst being paying customers."
