"If you want to waste your money feel free to order from here. 2 and a half hours for my food to arrive and they say they are having issues with there machine when ordering online. Rang a couple of times for them to tell me my food was on its way and when I rang AGAIN the last call they said we are prepping your order! Food over cooked, chips as soggy as a wet sock in a washing machine! Don’t waste your money time or effort ordering from here! Shambles"

"Very disappointed in the size of my takeaway portion from the the bake one in gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne I paid £17.40 for a portion and it was tiny. I don’t know if they gave me the wrong meal or a child’s portion but in was no way worth £17.40. My partner got the chicken parmo which was much cheeper and twice the size. I was still hungry after eating the mixed grill, thank god my partner had plenty left of hers. She was good enough to give me half of hers. It’s such a shame as the food was pretty good. Purchased this through Uber eats and I will be raising a case against them."

"We booked a table for 2 on Tripadvisor early on a Friday night. We was doing a pub tour after so was a little earlier than normal . when we turned up the place was empty apart from 2 members of staff and some banging music which was being played really loud. when we walked in the music to my disgust was turned done and we was shown to our table. I asked for the music to be turned back up and it was however only a little. We was told that they had a party of 20+ later and they had booked the whole restaurant. We was never rushed and the 2 staff where great and made it feel like the restaurant was just ours for the night. Food was really good and wine was fantastic and they kept pouring . Price was good and will go back again when we have more time . The 2 guys on the night could have been serving their our friends you wouldn't have known . If in the area pop in a loverly little place"
