"We had been before COVID, but would not go again. First lot of sandwiches were dry on top, so they had been prepared and sitting out waiting for service. Staff not attentive and we waited to catch attention when we wanted more tea. Other patrons are not asked to keep phones on silent. A couple nearby were watching videos on their phones without challenge, which together with the dry sandwiches rather ruined the experience."
