"not their traditional eier benny, but a welcome alternative. the court consists of short nativity served on a large homemade crumb, with a fried egg, hollandaise and crispy wobble. wise, the short nativity and crumble are generous, but I could do with another egg. the crumb was amazing and added an interesting fluffy and ventilated texture to the court. the hollandaise was satisfactorily rich and lemony to balance it. the egg, perfectly soft posing. the short rib was slightly underwhelming - it would have tasty and sticky or grilled to add some taste and texture, but alas, it tasted like pot roast instead of short rib."
