"Having just eaten at noodles at Red Box just a few doors down we were in search of a quick dessert before our next show at the Fringe Festival. This was perfect a range of 15 20 ice creams to choose from, ranging for the familiar to the un usual (e.g. red velvet), in a cone or a carton, with or without sauce or decorations. We both enjoyed our 3 scoop cartons, which were decent quantity for the price given the quality. They also sell sweets of many, many varieties, as well as chocolate. Definitely a good option if you crave ice cream while at Pleasance or Bristo Square."

"Ordered double stack on my burger but didn't come with that and was taken off the bill as wasn't going to wait for a other one to be cooked. We had a side of onion rings and one of them had unmixed dry flour inside of it which put us off eaten the rest so sent them back and they was removed from the bill but wasn't really given or offered anything for the inconvenience I appreciate mishaps happen but just left a negative on the Zak's meal which we use quite often."

"ordered a milkshake from them on Uber eats at tonight, with an estimated delivery time of half an hour. I'm working early in the morning and fancied a treat before I went to bed. the restaurant closes at but it said it would arrive by then so I wasn't too worried. but every ten minutes that passed the estimated arrival time got longer. at I tried to call but it rang out. at half I was ready to go to bed, tried to call again. estimated time of arrival was now midnight. finally, at past midnight, Uber eats just cancelled my order and refunded me without redberry ever actually contacting me themselves. awful service, shame because the food is always lovely but it's not worth the wait at all."

"I placed an order through Just Eat that had some issues. When I called Scoop and Smile to inform them of the problem and inquire about placing a new order, they attempted to charge me again for the same food at a much higher price than the original order. The woman I spoke to promised to call me back with a solution but never did. Furthermore, they disconnected their phone lines so I couldn't follow up. This lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing and rude. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I give it 1 star, reluctantly."

"Pinkberry is definitely my favorite frozen yogurt spot in London. Many others in the city seem to melt into a frothy, artificial mess, which I find unappetizing. However, it's more than just a place for froyo."

"Went with friends for the Halloween special tea. What a treat! The shop is near the bus station, so just a short walk. The team was in fancy dress and the shop was decorated. Our table was waiting on us when we arrived--we got a brownie, a cupcake, a slice of devil 's food cake (with a 'syringe ' full of syrup to drizzle), finger sandwiches, a bite of sausage roll, crackers and tuno, a small mocktail, and a hot drink...all vegan! There were so many more lovely cakes in the display case, but we had more than we could eat with the tea. The shop is DOG FRIENDLY! Which sadly I didn 't find out until I arrived, which was a real shame because my little dog would have loved it. We made a special trip from Canterbury for the meal, and we really enjoyed it. We made an afternoon of it and hit up the charity shops afterward."
