"After a very good afternoon doing the Potter Trail, we came across this wee gem. I was with my Daughter, Son in law and Granddaughter and newly born Grandson. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was to die for. We had a starter of Calamari and Mussles, both were fantastic. I had a calzone pizza which i have to say has been the best i have ever tasted. Compliments from daughter of her pizza and son in law polished his off in no time. Staff were fantastic, on the ball, very friendly and attentive. Would certainly recommend, and we will certainly be back soon."

"Fantastic meal out with friends. The staff were very inviting and friendly. The inside was larger than I expected and was busy. Everyone looked and sounded like they were enjoying their meal. I had mussels to start which were delicious and then veal for my main which was absolutely scrumptious my husband had pate to start which came in a pot enough for at least 2 people if not more) he too had the veal which he agreed was excellent. Really enjoyable , staff, interior and food were all lovely , would definitely go back."

"Decided to try The Pack as we fancied Italian food. We have a old and so were looking for a child friendly pub/restaurant. The website suggested that it was child friendly and so I booked online, which was a really easy process and gained quick confirmation of our table booking impressed so far. We ordered drinks and were shown to our table pretty quickly. There seemed quite a number of tables but it was intimate enough so as not to feel like we were constantly overlooked. The menu offered quite a number of choices and there were a number of specials on offer too. The menu offered a selection of dishes for children, but our son really likes meatballs which was on the main menu, so I asked if it was possible to have smaller portion we were told this wasn't a problem and the cost of the child portion adjusted, which was great. Sadly, this doesn't always happen at other restaurants and the choice for children is sometimes limited, so we were really pleased that they were so accommodating. We all enjoyed what we ordered starters and mains really tasty and good portion size. Barely anything left on our plates, apart from a few scraps as we were full. happy mum, dad and child! Would recommend and definitely go again."

"very small portions, not seasoned. a selection of Italian antipasti was mainly salat leaves and instead of a selection of Italian cheese only 3 slices of brie promised. a few slices of parmaschinkens. everything for £13, where it would have £3 max. spaghetti frutti di mare had 3 muscheln! lasagne had many layers of pasta with unworn tomato sauce and only a little meat, that was bland. one of the worst Italian restaurants in the lanes. cook very cheap, not a heart in the dishes. very disappointed. absolutely not worth the money. next time, I'll go somewhere else."

"every time we visit Stratford-upon-Avon, we look forward to eating in sorrentos after we discovered it many years ago. it is still operated by the same family and is very friendly and efficient. the decor is very attractive and interesting and it has a beautiful terrace for outdoor dining also on warm days. eating is always excellent so we know that we will enjoy the evening."

"Lovely little restaurant. Surroundings were lovely and staff great. Food was average and a little expensive for the quality I thought. Queue of people standing in the stairs whilst we were eating our dinner so a little off putting and we were very aware the staff wanted the table. This was off putting and not a relaxing atmosphere."

"The food was excellent; however, the staff seemed overwhelmed since there were only three waitstaff on duty and the restaurant was packed with patrons heading to the Roundhouse gig on Saturday night. They had run out of several food items and wines, and it took a long time for us to place our order for food and drinks due to how busy the team was. We ultimately decided to skip dessert as our order appeared to have been forgotten. I recommend going, but just not on a Saturday night before a show!"

"I made a reservation for a casual yet classy Friday lunch. The food was okay, but there were limited options and only pasta dishes for mains. The portions were small and the overall cost was on the higher side. Surprisingly, they were unable to offer an affogato, which is a basic Italian dessert. The atmosphere was ruined by loud 90s pop music that didn't really match the restaurant's theme. They also had to keep the door open for ventilation even though it was mid-February. The service was friendly, however."
