"I ordered 2 kebabs and a burger from this restaurant. The menu stated that all kebabs come with salad, but there was no salad on the kebabs when they arrived. The chips were barely warm, not hot. When we called to complain, they blamed Uber Eats and rudely hung up on us. It's a shame because the burger and kebabs were actually tasty. They need to improve their packaging for deliveries to ensure that all menu items are included, and their staff could use some customer service training."

"Service was dreadful. We had the Haché app which offers all day happy hour, the waitress claimed this wasn’t true even though the app T&Cs said it was. When we pulled up the app to dispute she then said it was limited to the shoreditch branch, again I pointed out that the T&Cs said it was all branches and she proceeded to roll her eyes and claim that she was doing us a favour by honouring the deal. It was clear that the staff wanted to take advance of it being Valentines Day and not enforce any offers. However food was exceptional, one of the best burgers I’ve had for a while with great sides. Following the meal we found that our bill had an extra burger added on not sure if this was added on in spite?!? All in all, great food let down by poor customer service."

"I have dined at this restaurant before, and even on a slow day, the wait is surprisingly long. However, the food is excellent. I went after a night out and ended up waiting 40 minutes without receiving anything. I had to leave to catch the train before the food was ready. It appears that they accept more orders than they can handle, especially with deliveries. I would recommend this place, but only if you have a lot of time to spare."

"BLUE ROOSTER IS A TOTAL SCAM!! They are called ROYAL BURGER on deliveroo and when you check their actual location on map on deliveroo they are called ROYAL GRILL taking you to a different location in the CV6 area in Stoney Stanton. But these fraudsters location is in CV1 area. I ordered for 5 boxes of chicken and chips for me and my family. The chicken was terribly spoilled, as if it was gone bad or expired. I tried to call twice to make a complaint, but my call was cut in both occasions. I tried to call several times tomes with no success. Therefore I lost my money and we went to bed without food. They are not faithful. They lie on their name on deliveroo so that when u get to the location you get confuse and go home. SCAMMERS!!!!!!"

"Honestly, this is one of the best burgers I have ever had. The vegetarian options were quite interesting. I was a bit disappointed at first that they didn't have the usual veggie or bean burger, but that led me to try something new. I ended up ordering the Goats Cheese Burger, which was absolutely delicious! It is definitely a must-try. I also tried the sweet potato fries, which were amazing. The restaurant ambiance with the fairy lights was very picturesque, although it was a bit dark. Overall, charming and worth visiting. (Brightened the experience) - Meesha"

"Customer service was bad. The online menu was different from what was presented to us. Our first waitress said that she could make an application to the cook to only be told by a new waitress who accepted our order that this would not be possible. It seems that different team members have different messages to customers. It would have been polite to appreciate the first suggestion and first consult with the kitchen, or from the start to make clear that the online menu was from the date and not to consider an option. We then asked for this new waitress ' council what to order instead. When serving our dishes, it was clearly not what she had described, but she did not recognize it. We called her back and then she admitted that she had the plate description wrong. We had waited for 45 minutes, so we decided to eat it. This also related to our cocktail order as she explained that it came in two flavors, just to say later than the drinks she had that also mixed. I suggest that the staff does not accept orders unless they are sufficiently informed and trained. I would also suggest being open to customers when mistakes happen so that they can change their order if necessary. Keep going. The dumplings were not available. This was only said to us when we presented with an alternative supplement and assured that this was the same price. I would have expected the customers to be informed and the choice would be given if they still have it, let alone pay for it. Finally, we asked for our remains to be packed away to go home. After waiting for 30mins, a waiter admitted that they have no boxes but they would be able to get some of 'nearly door'. We were then informed that our food was actually thrown away. I would suggest that someone is carrying out an inventory check on objects and a clear communication between serving and kitchen staff. It was a Saturday evening and there were two big parties that did not make suitable for a very loud environment for a date night."
