"not only did my food arrive over 45 minutes late, it was stone cold! When I said I didn’t want it as it was not edible it was cold the man just stood there laughing at me. Shouldn’t have rised to him but I did start shouting as how discussed I was that he found it so funny. He also turned up in a cab. Took photos of him the man in the cab along with license plate made a complaint to just eat as they would not reimburse me"
