"we booked to eat in the bar. the receptor could not find our booking and then told me to sit somewhere. did not accompany me to a table, so I sat on the very unpleasant chair at a low table in bar area. I got for approx. 10 minutes completely ignored and then went and got the menus. we ordered around 1:20 (soup and fish and chips, but at the same time arrive) at 2pm after three efforts to find our food, it arrived. manager with a very quiet vote so they can hardly hear that he apologizes and takes money from our bill. the birthday party of 4 next to us ordered afternoon at 1:30 o'clock (which looks like it comes already plated, so nothing done in the last minute to wait the 40 minutes that they had on a sandwich. every time we go to the roast, we want to love it, but it is always stressful, like the service or the kitchen not sure what is terrible. we don't want a discount on the bill we want a relaxing and welcoming experience."
