"we booked to eat in the bar. the receptor could not find our booking and then told me to sit somewhere. did not accompany me to a table, so I sat on the very unpleasant chair at a low table in bar area. I was totally ignored for about minutes and then went and got the menus. we ordered to (soup and fish and chips, but arrive at the same time) after three efforts to find our food, it arrived. manager with a very quiet vote so they can hardly hear that he apologizes and takes money from our bill. the birthday party from next to us ordered the afternoon (which looks like it comes already plated, so nothing done in the last minute to justify the mins waiting that they had on a sandwich. every time we go to the roast, we want to love it, but it is always stressful, like the service or the kitchen not sure what is terrible. we don't want a discount on the bill - we want a relaxing and welcoming experience."
