"I was recently invited to a business lunch at The Feathers, a restaurant I'd previously never been to. Upon announcing our arrival, we were met at reception by the Head Chef. He welcomed us and suggested we sit by the bar. The fire had just been lit which proved to be a warm welcome and contrasted the chilly day outside. We both chose the Crispy Windsor Pork Belly, which was a perfect choice! When the food arrived, the presentation was second to none. The pork fell apart on the fork, the crackling was exactly the right blend of size, depth and crunch, the black pudding sausage roll was perfect and the accompanying jus brought the whole meal to life. My compliments to the Head Chef and his team, and I will be back to The Feathers very soon!"
