"I had booked the afternoon most and had sent an email to the hotel to request free peskatarian and milk, as the booking asked for any nutritional requirements. this was not intended, although the chief waiter later advised me that they had received the request. the head waiter put an order for sandwiches catering for me, but they did not arrive. When I told the chef, I was advised that the kitchen was very busy. the headkeeper was nice and helpful and removed a glass champagne from my bill, but there was not for the lack of organization and my diet not on. overall this shows the lack of experienced employees and organization shows. very disappointing for a five-star hotel."
