"We went for a family meal here on Saturday 30th September and all had a lovely meal. We had two of our young grandsons with us they were well catered for everyone made them feel welcome. I had the Seafood Risotto I’m already planning our next visit so that I can have it again, it was delicious. We would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant look forward to visiting it again very soon. Food: 5"

"Great Italian Food on Harrogate Road If you're looking for an exceptional Italian dining experience, this restaurant on Harrogate Road comes highly recommended. Ambience and Service Arriving around 7 PM, we were promptly seated. The restaurant boasts exquisite decor and a welcoming ambience. From the moment we walked in until we left, the service was flawless. Starters We began with three starters: Tempura Prawns, Avocado Crab Tian, and Gamberoni Marechiaro. Each dish was perfect. The Gamberoni sauce was beautifully seasoned, the tempura batter was just right, and the Crab Tian was well balanced and seasoned. Main Courses: For the main course, we ordered the Fish Feast Platter for one (which could easily serve 1.5 people), Carbonara, and Linguine Pescatore. All three dishes were beautifully prepared and delicious. Value Although the restaurant is on the expensive side, the quality of food and overall dining experience make it well worth the price. Recommendation I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch Italian cuisine"

"As we had come to The Iskele late lunchtime, we were expecting it to be fairly quiet. But it was the opposite, the restaurant was pretty much packed and so it was a good thing that I had made a reservation. The luscious colours, wall hangings and lanterns from the ceiling welcomes diners into The Iskele! The dining area is fairly big although some of the tables are quite close together. There are lots of ornaments decorating the walls and shelves around the restaurant. The Iskele also has quite a big outdoor dining area with wooden tables and chairs. A hot and cold starter were chosen! The Falafel were crispy little patties made of chickpeas and had a good flavour to them. They were served on houmous with salad. The classic Houmous was a generous portion and we were given warm bread to go with it. Layers of potato, aubergine and courgette with a cheese sauce made up the main dish of Vegetarian Moussaka. It was topped with a lovely tomato sauce as well. The Moussaka was a really filling"

"As most people do, we popped in for a quick meal prior to the theatre. Carlos our host and his colleagues were very welcoming and the food was spectacular. I had the spaghetti vongole one of the best ever and my girlfriend had the best chicken Kiev she said she has ever had. The tuna and the veal which our guests had also came highly recommended. The only negative is that our time there was much too short and we plan to visit again just for an evening out without any time constraints. Thank you Carlos and your family"

"Thought we would order an Italian meal tonight for a celebration. From reading the menu on Just Eat and Deliveroo, it came across as a nice restaurant..... silly me for not checking. We ordered Motzarella Fritta, Chilli Bites and the Calamari to share.. Thick battered calamari rubbery rings, chewy Motzarella blocks. The chilli bites were okay. Then we had Penne Diavola and Spaghetti Frutti De Mare... My spaghetti was over cooked and mushy aswell as the generic mixed seafood bits and both mains had the same tomato sauce.... The reviews of the pizzas seem okay so probably better as a pizza takeaway rather than offering other mediocre Italian dishes. For £30 something pounds I wish I had looked further into the reviews and gone elsewhere..."

The one issue I had was with the quid in the main dish….there were a couple of long thin strands of clear ribbon type substance which caught in my throat…thought it may be something left from the quid cleaning/prep that should have been removed??…. "I have visited this restaurant twice now, once in the afternoon just for coffee, and we enjoyed the atmosphere so much that we returned for dinner one evening. It is a very relaxed and inviting place with high-quality food at a reasonable price. The ambiance is lovely and there is no sense of rush or pressure. "It’s our third time back to Buenasado as we’ve had 2 lovely meals beforehand. This time, the experience was a little disappointing. The steak was cooked to my taste, but unfortunately not much flavour. The peppercorn sauce was very gloopy and overly peppery, lacked any richness in flavour. The screaming toddlers in the table by us dampened the Saturday night experience too. On the plus side, the waiting staff were awesome and very welcoming but all in all, I won’t be rushing back sadly."

"Food was very tasty, atmosphere lively, and quite loud. Service was not what I'd expect for a higher priced restaurant like this. It took ages for anyone to even take an initial drinks order, even though we were sat right in front of the kitchen. No one seemed to be allocated to oversee our table so service continued to be hit and miss until Cesare got involved. He rectified the errors of his colleagues and was actually really entertaining and left us feeling that it was a fun evening. Thank you Cesare!"

"We decided on a whim to go and eat at this steakhouse! We happened to be in the area, were not expecting much but from the start of arrival we could tell it was fine dining experience restaurant. The servers were very friendly and attentive, what I really liked was that the seating they offered us was one that we were comfortable with. Then once we settled they presented us with the menu, which has a price range that was very agreeable for element of the style steak restaurant one would expect, for some maybe slightly on the high end but alternative main courses were there under £20 per person. We ordered two virgin Mojito’s and very kindly they advised they had the classic but also a passion fruit mix mojito, we tried both and were one of the best we’ve tried. Food once it arrived was excellent, steak was done perfectly. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this restaurant especially for the steak. Lots of parking around in the evening, during the day you would probably have to park further out."

"Today , I went there and I was really not happy, one of the employees, had bad way of talking, as soon as I got in she asked do u have any allergies, I said yeah am vegetarian, she answered back this is not allergies is preferences , I said it’s she insisted and said do you be ill or sick if u eat any kind of meat , I said yes , then said okay in bad way . I don’t know how big restaurants like this don’t give training to employees to how speak to customers and not being teacher or boss on them and keep arguing and in the end I ask the bill . She just put it down and went even did not ask how would you like to pay , luckily I had cash with me just put the money and left . Zero customer service."

"Had a great experience and a delicious meal on Saturday before theatre. Made to feel so welcome from a delightful lady.. (Don't know if she's the boss and if she isn't she should be). Nothing was too much trouble even when I asked for pineapple on my calzone pizza. She was very friendly and welcoming to our party of six. She even surprised me with my own pineapple ring and cream to go with my coffee... Thank you.. Sorry I didn't get ur name.. Would recommend this restaurant highly. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We will be back soon."

"Buyer beware. I went to check out this place to potentially bring friends later on. Upon entering, I noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty, with only three people at one table. A staff member who seemed rude and possibly under the influence of drugs or just poorly trained in customer service, greeted me. When I tried to order a coffee, it was initially refused, then allowed, but then denied again. I decided to leave as there are plenty of other great dining options in Cookstown with well-trained staff and exceptional food. I cannot recommend a place that portrays itself as something it is not. Just having the name "Italian Restaurant" does not make it so. Arrogance and poor manners are not qualities of an authentic Italian restaurant. Buyer beware."

"it is a difficult reataurant for sale. I was disappointed to find that it was in the train station, it was never really warm, we had to reach our own menus, since no one came by, I ordered carbonara and it came like rührei, I expect better from an Italian restaurant, manager offered to reach, but said it would probably come the same. so he had another court he recommended. the new court was amazing, therefore the 3 stars did not give it the 2 I wanted."

"We only had a few hours in Bath and this was our first visit to the city and we feel that we chose an excellent venue for our wedding anniversary lunch! Although we had the place almost entirely to ourselves, it was still a really nice atmosphere and we enjoyed excellent food with excellent service. We thought the steaks were tremendous and the opportunity to finish them ourselves was too unique to pass by, and added to the enjoyment. We weren't sure we had room for dessert, but when we saw the options, we knew we had to find some...and when they arrived, it was easily achieved fantastic chocolate fudge cake and unbelievable torte al limone...so light, so delicious, so have some! A brilliant experience which only added to our wonderful first impressions of the city...we will be back for a longer stay."

"Just had lunch for four at Amore on Alexander Parade in Dennistoun, Glasgow. The food was okay, but the waiter, who I believe was named Manni, was extremely rude. We received a voucher for Amore as a gift, which we tried to use when the bill came. Manni informed us abruptly that the voucher was only valid for the Glasgow City center branch, not this restaurant. While this policy is understandable, his manner of dealing with us was disgraceful. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his attitude as we were leaving, but he just smiled and said goodbye without apologizing or acknowledging his behavior. We will not be returning and will advise others to avoid this establishment due to its truly shocking customer service."
