"This restaurant is fantastic with affordable prices and a wide variety of pasta, pizza, and burgers. We were promptly seated for lunch and the staff was very friendly. The pizza arrived quickly and was delicious. The only downside was that it took some time to receive the bill, but the restaurant was quite busy at that point. We would definitely come back again."

"My son and I entered because I was wanting to treat him to a pre Christmas dinner. So we saw on the menu a deal for a course dinner. Little did we know that we would be charged for both courses separately despite the deal. So having a read through the menu a turkey dinner seemed rather tempting so we both ordered that. We also asked for coke what we received was watered down dirty dish water that they said was pepsi. The food arrived and it was the equivalent of a care home meal. Frozen veg potato cut in half! Some stringy bland turkey. All floating in bland gravy. Our deserts where mediocre and the portion size was appallingly small. The audacity to charge People for that horrendous meal my son and I then left and got some burgers from the Glasgow market festival which where far more adequate and had flavour. We shall not be returning"

"Our table was laid ready and waiting for us, but the tables were incredibly close to each other and we chatted to diners next to us as we were seated so closely. Salmon and Fennel was very disappointing and, although the side order of chips was fine, there was no vegetables to order with my meal. Desserts were very good. Service OK, but needed to attract staff at times to progress our order. Perfectly situated for our concert at The London Palladium and very grateful to have our table reserved, but main meals underwhelming."

"the prices are amazing for the quality and portion sizes. are not gone, only because it is not a fancy franchise. the menu is much more varied than bella italia and the pizza is far superior. in a few times. try the fish and chips that are actually better than the chippy’s. the pizza is imported from italy with a teig and the ice tri is to die. the family that tesoro are beautiful and as we are in a few times, they give us freelings (pages/desserts, which are very friendly. it would definitely recommend, especially if they are looking for cheap sitting/stop with a varied menu:"

"We've been coming to Spaghetti House as a family for a few years but, after our last visit, we won't be returning. One of our party ordered the special Linguine Tarantina, described as mussels with chilli and tomato sauce. We were given a wooden triangle to rest the dish on but told that we wouldn't need it as they had changed how they serve it. When it arrived the mussel shells were stone cold, not room temperature cold but actually freezing, like they'd come straight out of the fridge. We complained and were told we'd be given a new one. It came back in a different dish but instead of providing a fresh meal they had simply reheated the previous one that we'd sent back and served it differently to try and fool us. This is not something that should be done and certainly not with seafood. There was no way we wpuld take the risk of eating reheated seafood so complained again and were told we could order something else. No apology was given and the staff seem to have sadly resigned themselves to how things have declined at this chain. Goodbye Spaghetti House."

"We love this branch of Spaghetti House and visited yesterday to try the Pasta Infinita menu. The menu is £15 per person and consists of about 8/10 different pastas you can choose as many as you like! There were 3 of us and we chose 5 dishes to begin with. All were delicious so fresh and absolutely yummy. We then ordered another 3 dishes 2 the same as previously because we liked them so much (Ravioli and Tagliatelle with mushrooms and asparagus)! The dishes (a good size I would say bigger than a starter size, smaller than a main course) are served in cute pans and placed in the middle of the table with serving tongs. Each diner has a plate and helps themselves. It literally is unlimited wonderfully hot, fresh pasta! The staff were great friendly and efficient. We were really impressed when the Manager came and introduced himself and asked us for our opinion/ feedback on the menu. We were also extremely happy when we asked if the carbonara could be made with cream and not egg the chef obliged and we had a perfect bespoke carbonara! All in all, an excellent restaurant and staff. Loved the Infinita Menu and thought it was very good value. Only very slight downside of the trip was the price of a 250mls glass of pinot grigio over £9 but I suppose that is in line with London prices! It would also be good if everyone on the table didn’t have to have the same menu, but I can see that this would be difficult for the staff to manage. Anyway, we will definitely be back for more Pasta Infinita and also tempted by the Unlimited Prosecco menu! Thank you ????"

"We returned to this restaurant and once again we were not let down. The food quality is superb, especially the fish-based noodles we ordered. Each dish was cooked perfectly, with plenty of juicy prawns, mussels, calamari, and more. The restaurant was bustling with customers, which is a testament to its greatness. Although we had to wait a bit for our service, Anastasia was pleasant, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again!"
