"The restaurant was not open for our 7am breakfast reservation despite accepting our reservation via Open Table and having an opening time of 6am. We were traveling and needed to be assured a hot meal at an early hour, and Milano never contacted us to cancel the reservation or apologize for not being open when it was supposed to be. Its website also does not have an email address so you can only contact it via phone which doesn't work to alert management to a problem when the restaurant is closed. Very disappointing."

"Arriving late at night with children straight from a flight from the USA, we were warmly greeted by the bartender who took excellent care of us. He was extremely friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. A five-star experience!"
