This confirmation is in writing. On Friday, 17.09.2021, I was asked to confirm the reservation again what I did. With my client, I was in front of your closed restaurant at 7:35. On request at the Domus Hotel, the receptionist told me that he was not responsible for the restaurant and could therefore not provide any information. Then I found a small glued-on note on your door that you would have closed from 3 p.m. as you would perceive an out-house event. We have also made proof of photos that we were on site. I think it is, to the least, undamaged to confirm appointments and then not even cancel. My contact details are known via OpenTable. Therefore, I will make a claim to you as I traveled from Regensburg for this evening. I therefore ask for immediate contact to discuss the most unpleasant situation with you. Thank you."
