"Throughout time, many great Joel’s have emerged; Joel Dommett a frighteningly funny man, Joel Edgerton a strikingly handsome bloke, and Billy Joel a peerlessly talented gentleman. But there’s one that takes them all in a man versus Joel’s challenge Mr Joel “FunnyHandsomeTalented” Bosco Clifton. With a surname of Bosco Clifton it was probably written in the (5) stars that he would thrive at this beautiful restaurant, but credit needs to be given where it is due. With that sort of pressure at birth, you’d forgive anyone to crumble, yet Joel grabbed a hold of that mantle and thrived as the Wednesday afternoon Maitre D. He was attentive, polite, thoughtful, wise and shared playful anecdotes to put my mind at ease after an acute case of the “what pizza should have itus” (an affliction that many can relate to).
