"I can't say enough of this little caffe. fresh, clean ingredients, mostly made to home, and other ingredients are fresh made for food that everyone would enjoy. that is really a jewel hidden in the city of edinburgh. I'm so glad we walked on this street and landed in this caffe. if they happen to travel or a local in edinburgh, they do one like and visit this little but beautiful caffe. we had sandwiches with fresh bread and tried their homemade mushroom soup. very delicious! oh, and they also have baked and cake, only for the case that they want to dessert. I also had cappuccino and my wife of the elderflower sparkling water and she loved it."

"I entered the restaurant and noticed that the staff were not wearing masks, despite signs on the door requiring them to do so. When I approached the counter to place my order, the guy working there was on the phone. After waiting for a minute or two, he finally finished his call and asked for my order. Just as I began to speak, the phone rang again and he answered it, taking an order over the phone before attending to me. It took several minutes before he hung up and took my order, showing no signs of apology or gratitude."

"As I sit here, I typically don't indulge in desserts. However, I recently ordered what I have to say is the best dessert combination I've ever had. I struggle to eat a lot of sweet treats, and I explained this to the staff. They were incredibly attentive to my needs and I found myself actually finishing my dessert, which rarely happens. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have the chance, please come try it out. You will not be disappointed. Also, a big thank you to the workers at Flavas, especially to Ahri. "We were surprised at how tasty everything was. We hadn 't expected much, but it was lovely and we had a corner table inside with a view of the squirrels running to and from the forest which was really nice. We got the bruscetta and the garlic mushrooms to start, and shared. They each came on two bits of yummy toasted bread so it was really easy to share. For the mains which I forgot to photograph!! we got the mushroom stroganoff which was really flavoursome, and the burger which was as can be expected anywhere really. The chunky chips on the side of the burger were AMAZING. We shared the raspberry macallan for dessert which I 'd really recommend. Creamy vanilla ice cream, crumbled shortbread and delicious fresh raspberry coulis all mixed in a tall sundae glass. We were with my dad and his wife, and they shared the normal raspberry macallan and there were differences in the ice cream and shortbread to feel comfortable that it wasn 't the same dish, but looked pretty much exactly the same. Would get it again!"

"we were on vacation in devon and came over the prince of wales pub in princetown. good presentation when I ordered a few drinks. we saw a couple of kerle eating and eating, which looked really good. we decided to eat. there are and ordered hunters huh and a homemade barkcake. a word describes everything superb. I've never had such a wonderful homemade cake. completely filled with meat and the gravy was to die. As for the Hunters chicken, my wife thought it was brilliant. many thanks to all the staff for an excellent time. they miss this place on their floor!"
