"We have bought a few pizzas during lockdown from Amici Mei and they have been nice. Today we ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday lunch and 2 were very burnt and 2 were just about alright to eat if you ate round half the black crust. As the kids were hungry we kept the 2 edible ones and called the shop about the other 2. The guy said to bring them in, which we did hunting for a parking space etc. When my partner got in, the chef said the Napoli was undercooked it was black on top! and margherita was ok it was also burnt on top ! Despite my having called them in advance, driven 5 mins down the road and hunted for parking, no joy. Really disappointing as we had had a few good pizzas but 4 burnt ones make for poor odds of always getting an edible pizza. Very rude and dismissive chef. Luckily soon the other better pizzerias will be open soon. I would say give your money to someone who gives a ...."

"Overall a good meal. Food portions were large and of home made taste. A total throw back for us was the little bread stick packets haven been served these since mid 1990s.. may be replace these with some olives or just simple fresh bread and butter?? Service was slow only 2 front of house ladies for at least 10 table covers is bit much. Only reason for 4* got penne instead of linguine and the ice cream dessert was served straight out of the freezer rather then allowing it to sit for few mins once taken out of the freezer Vegetarian options: Plenty of Veggie options and chef is was able to take make meat free versions of meaty pasts risotto"

"Cozy space, friendly servers and nice service, but food was terrible. My fiance and I shared a barbecue chicken pizza and a calzone — the calzone was okay but rather unremarkable (especially for the price), but the pizza was just awful: far too salty, barely any trace of proper barbecue, and without any exaggeration at all the chicken bits tasted of fish instead of actual chicken. Did not want to cause any fuss so I didn 't bother speaking to a manager after being offered the option after giving feedback — this is the first and last time I 'll be dining here."

"I initially disappointed that it was so quiet for a Saturday night, but a few more people came in after us. Given that it wasn't busy, service was a bit slow and not great. My starter (beetroot salad with walnuts) was good, but main course of smoked aubergine ravioli was not hot, and was smothered in too much sauce. One friend had Sliders, which arrived with not even a lettuce leaf on the side, so looked very stark on the plate, and other friend had veal escalope with loads of salad, which seemed a strange accompaniment. It didn't look very appetising, and she didn't eat half of it. We chose a Sauvignon Blanc which was fine but it wasn't Australian, so overall, I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend. One friend had eaten brunch in the Richmond branch and said it was great, but there is quite a difference between brunch and dinner."

"Made the mistake of eating here tonight. Surprisingly open instead of the usual excuses of staff. Ordered first of three couples. They were all served before us and waited untill they had finished before we got our order and when questioned this the waitress 'Kitsty ' was rude stroppy and unhelpful. Completely in the wrong job as has zero customer service manners or class. She said that the manager had looked into it and you didn 't wait that long but he couldn 't be bothered to talk to us. When asked for his name was told no chance. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. Mediocre food and bad bad attitude!!!!!! "Ellie was our server for our visit on Saturday 21st October. We were there for a Sicilian Wine Tasting experience, which was a birthday gift for my husband and I. We were booked in at 4pm and it was quiet. We were seated quickly and Ellie placed the wines we would taste on the table and explained how the experience would play out, however, it did take a while (nearly 30 mins) for us to get started. Once we got started it was a really enjoyable afternoon and Ellie was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The charcuterie board that came out was absolutely huge and very tasty! An enjoyable experience!"

"this is our second time to visit this coffee outlet, time had americanos sat outside human smoking was an inconvenience but we sat there anyway.Populations there today again this is weeks later, again in order two americanos with milk. the side, they were every thing good but was said that we had to pay pence for the milk on the side...this is a new one for me! Every place I was, I've never been charged extra for milk with an American. Dairy intolerance also cant have cappuccino or latte so like to add little milk to my coffee! also that made it absolutely up for two coffee! so will not go back. plus coworkers behind the theke were not very understand and were just yes, that is they want milk they have to pay extra! never had to costa charge you for milk."

"I made a reservation for a table for 8 people for lunch on June 16th, only to arrive and be informed that Fratelli's does not serve food at lunchtime on Sundays. We were very frustrated as we had traveled for an hour to reach the restaurant, with two separate groups coming from different directions to celebrate Father's Day. Your booking system made a significant error. Although the venue offered bar meals, it was not what we had in mind. We had to quickly make alternative plans, as we did not want to be disappointed. I took the initiative to book through Open Table and received a confirmation email, so I am very upset. I recommend that you ensure your system is regularly checked and updated. I will not be using your booking system in the future."
