"We visited after booking with OT. First, they told us they had to sit us outside, which we explicitly didn’t want based on the cold so they conceded to sit us at the bar. The food took 1:15 to arrive and it was cold, flavourless and overpriced. They didn’t make up for anything on the bill. We left dissatisfied and luckily we found another place (The Royal Oak) to treat ourselves to a nice dessert and good service. So so bad, I can’t recall my last experience this poor."
