"we start with the positive that eating was delicious and we were set fast. it seems as though they have taken too many people into claim to provide any service, or perhaps the service is simply shocking bad, regardless of it. starter (spring rollers) came after approx. 20 minutes, no drinks yet. 2 out of 3 netzen came after another 20 minutes, no drinks yet. the drinks hunted and they finally arrived. we had finished our meal and the 3rd main course never arrived, so we canceled it. they tried to convince us to still have it and it wouldn't be long. we went back and asked for the bill. they brought it anyway and suggested we take it. obviously we just wanted to pay for it, there was never a offer to take it from the bill, no excuse, they just wanted us to take the late food and pay for it. rejected and asked for the bill, paid and quickly left. in hint would have refused to pay the service fee of 12.5%."
