"I really love the location of this restaurant. Being a member of the HGV, I enjoy being able to visit different locations, even in NYC. However, I was disappointed with the interaction with the night time staff. When I walked in, the two gentlemen were focused on each other instead of the care of the establishment, which was a bit strange. The rooms were just okay. For a place called The Quin, they felt more like a standard hotel room rather than something unique. Comparing it to Liberty place in Charleston, the difference was clear. My final complaint is that when we were leaving the hotel, the front desk suggested hailing a cab for us instead of letting us use a ride-sharing service. The cab ended up taking a longer route to the airport, costing us about $100 and 40 minutes of our time instead of half that. I may visit The Quin again, but my expectations will not be very high. Stay safe."
