"Arrived at 5pm on a Sunday evening. Lovely warm welcome, the Fiano from the wine list was superb, orders placed. The starters arrived, not so great. The mains followed, and it was mostly downhill from this point. The adapted meal to accommodate the vegan diner was great. The Scialatielli con Salmone had no salmon to be seen. A distinct taste of anchovies in a cream sauce that had not a hint of pink peppercorns, was a complete salty inedible mess. The Zampina Pugliese was a combination of dry and overcooked sausage and chips that even the lovely wine wouldn't wash down.Off day, relief chef from the local chicken joint? Don't know, he wouldn't talk to us.Shame..."
