"Ate here on a Saturday night, was really just meh. Food was in desperate need of seasoning and flavour. We got what our waiter recommended were the best dishes and they were both tragic. My wife got the enchiladas and I got a diced steak and cheese dish. Both were swimming in flavorless cheese and absolutely a chore to eat. We are from Australia and have a lot better South American food than this. Regardless of your motivation to remain loyal to the traditional cooking of the dishes origins a little seasoning and educated tweaking to flavours goes a long way.
