"I used to be a regular customer of this restaurant but have recently developed some allergies. If you have any dietary requirements this is not the restaurant for you! God forbid if you have a nut allergy or want to ask if they have any gluten free dishes, they do not want to know! Their customer services was not great and they didn’t seem to have any interest or care in listening to any allergies which you may have to accommodate your requirements. If they cannot accommodate your requirements that’s fair enough, but there is a way in which you convey this message to your customers!
