"I recently dined at Iberia restaurant at Caledonian road, a Georgian restaurant, and it was an extraordinary experience that transported me straight to the heart of Georgia. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic evening. The restaurant's ambiance is inviting and authentic, with beautiful Georgian decor that adds a touch of elegance and tradition. The soft lighting and cozy seating made it a perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The food at Iberia restaurant is nothing short of spectacular. We started our meal with traditional appetizers like khachapuri and pkhali. The khachapuri, with its perfectly baked bread and gooey cheese filling, was absolutely divine. The pkhali, a variety of delicious vegetable spreads, was flavorful and beautifully presented. For the main course, I chose the khinkali, Georgian dumplings filled with juicy meat and aromatic spices. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and the dumplings were cooked to perfection. My dining companions opted for the chakhokhbili (a savory chicken stew) and the mtsvadi (grilled meat skewers). Both dishes were exceptional, with rich, authentic flavors that showcased the best of Georgian cuisine. The dessert was the perfect conclusion to our meal. We indulged in churchkhela, a traditional Georgian sweet made from grape must and nuts. It was a delightful and unique treat that left us thoroughly satisfied"
