"Whilst other high-end restaurants decline, Charlie’s maintains its standards, blue cheese salad starter was simple but perfect, made with crumbled Stilton NOT just the watered down blue cheese dressing others purveyor, the chicken escalope was exceptional, beautifully done. Rum baba needs to be re-thought and taken back to its original construct and strong rum flavour.. the staff are amongst the best brigade in London and of course the ambience is elegant, light and tasteful."
