"I'm sure others have a better experience, but our room was right at the front of the building directly on a busy road. and our overnight stay was ruined by a window that wouldn't properly close. No sleep at all to be had as a result. Generally, someone has obviously spent a good deal of cash updating the rooms in the not too distant past with many luxury touches, but the decor and facilities are now fading.
