"During our journey from Kent to Bournemouth, we made a quick stop for a bacon roll and a cup of tea. The food and service were fine, but unfortunately, the ladies' restroom was extremely dirty. The toilet bowl was completely black and appeared to have never been cleaned. This was not the first time we had stopped here and found the restroom in this condition, indicating that it may be a regular occurrence. It is concerning to think about the cleanliness of the kitchen area, considering the state of the restroom."
