"We did a one night stop over, staying in the Versace suite. First impressions we good and we enjoyed the evening, the food was OK, but over priced for the quality. After getting into bed we found the bed was not properly made up and...had to remake it. The toilet seat was lose and the toilet paper was at best happy shopper quality. We went for breakfast at 930 and found ourselves sitting waiting without food at 1030. When breakfast did arrive the egg looked like it had been involved in a car crash. I think breakfast went bad that morning one couple left due to the wait and orders got mixed arriving at the wrong tables. I expected a little more quality and attention to detail having paid £370 for the room and £160 for dinner. I spoke with reception on departure who took my email and said that the management would be in touch.....nothing not a word."
