I was confused about how the Sub Melts worked, mistakenly thinking I could choose my own toppings, but the staff informed me that they were pre-selected. This caused a bit of panic for me as I always thought Subway allowed customization. However, the two staff members were understanding and kind, making my experience much more enjoyable.
