"This review is about bad customer service as I can’t comment on the food. I preordered online. We live out of town so it’s a half hour drive into Cambridge. On the way I was very unwell and needed to quickly return home. We tried to call to cancel order, partner called and left a voicemail, and then emailed. We hoped to prevent the order being prepped/cooked (it was 20 minutes before pickup time) and we politely requested if a credit note was possible instead but of course acknowledged this may not be an option. However, neither the call or email has even been responded to, which is not much to ask of someone who has paid you £25."
