"I have experienced consistent issues with ordering from your restaurant through UberEats. Each time I place an order, it is accepted and then promptly cancelled without any explanation. This has been happening for quite some time now. As a result, I have money deducted from my account and then have to wait 10 days for a refund, which is frustrating. This does not seem to be an issue with the UberEats app, as I am able to successfully place orders with other restaurants."
