"Service in the bar was inefficient, rude and bossy from the manager. New bartender as we could gather was told by his colleagues to be ready to be slammed. Not very reassuring message to give to your new colleague⦠Table for dinner not ready on time and had to put pressure to get things moving. Been told to go back downstairs for drinks or go upstairs to see a manager there. Restaurant service was good with a young lady wearing glasses but others were pushing and interested in tips as it happen at the moment to pay the bill to be told that itâs better to leave cash tips âwhich I can put in my pocketâ. Unbelievable to hear that and it would have been the waitress deserving tips, not him. Overall staff do not smile, not engaging and only focusing on pushing customers on a conveyor belt."
